What this is
About A-Eyeballs
A place to look at artificial intelligence without requiring either worship or panic.
The project
A-Eyeballs begins with conversation: an article carried into the AI Bar, a classroom experiment, a claim that seems too tidy, or a question that refuses to behave.
The point is not to ask the machine for a verdict. It is to use the exchange to examine what AI can do, what people imagine it can do, and what human judgment still has to do afterward.
About Marie
Marie Westhaver is a humanities professor, artist, writer, cinephile, and self-described AI Humanist.
She studies what it means to be human in the classroom, on the page, through the machine, and on the canvas.
