Key Largo, FL

Since Key Largo is so far up the chain of Keys, it was one of the first to open after Hurricane Dennis. Not much to write home about in terms of a campground though; too cramped and too many trees. Nice beachfront though:

Went out to the Islamorada Fish Company and had conch fritters, grouper sandwiches, fried dolphin (the fish not Flipper), and shrimp. And Key lime pie :)

WAY ready to GTFO out though and go further down the necklace of tropical islands...! And sunny at last!
